Information for passengers

Dear passengers! Gazpromavia airlines expresses its gratitude for choosing our Company.

To board the flight, you need to do the following:

— Check in for the flight;

Please note, registration closes 40 minutes before the time indicated on your boarding pass.

— Drop off your baggage;

— Go through boarding control;

To pass all the stages in the most comfortable way, we recommend that you arrive at the airport in advance!

To check in for the flight, you need to have with you:

— Your boarding pass;

— The original copies of passports of all the passengers;

— Your international passport in case you travel abroad;

— A consent from one of the parents in case a minor travels on their own;

At check-in, you will be given a boarding pass, which indicates your seat on board the aircraft.

Make sure to check the departure time of charter flights with the tour operator on the eve of departure.

Baggage drop-off

Go to the check-in desk of your flight, drop off your baggage and receive a baggage tag, which is used to reclaim your baggage upon arrival.

Baggage allowance

Economy class — 20 kg

Business class — 30 kg

Baggage allowance may vary on charter flights.

Hand baggage

On board the aircraft, you are allowed to have hand baggage weighing up to 5 kg and not exceeding the dimensions of 45x35x15 cm. You are allowed to have liquid with you in a volume of no more than 100 ml.

Baggage list of prohibited articles:

— Explosives, demolition means and objects filled with them;

— Compressed and liquefied gases;

— Flammable liquids;

— Flammable solids;

— Oxidizing substances and organic peroxides;

— Toxic substances;

— Radioactive materials;

— Caustic and corrosive substances;

— Poisonous and toxic substances.

Business trip

You will need to preserve your boarding pass and the document that confirms the transport payment made to support the expenses.
