Eurocopter Helicopter Maintenance and Repair Center

Since 2007, Ostafyevo Helicopter Maintenance Center has the right to carry out operational, periodic and other types of maintenance, as well as other types of work, in accordance with the current maintenance program approved by the Federal Air Transport Agency and the current revision of the “Operation Manual” within Gazpromavia.

Currently, highly qualified specialists of the engineering and technical staff of the maintenance center are carrying out maintenance work on the Eurocopter EC135 T2+ helicopters (after 500 and 1000 operational hours) and the Eurocopter EC155 B1 (after 100, 300 and 600 operational hours), as well as Arrius2 B2 and Arriel2 C2 helicopter engines. The Maintenance Centre serves both the machines of its own aircraft fleet and also third-party aircraft.

The helicopter maintenance complex of Gazpromavia structural unit has the necessary technical basis. Work is carried out in a certified technical center of Ostafyevo Airport, which has at its disposal a heated hangar complex for the implementation of work.

The hangar complex accommodates three helicopters or four helicopters with blades removed. It is used all year round for operational and periodic around-the-clock maintenance.

The hangar is equipped with modern high-tech equipment, in its functional purpose similar to the equipment of hangar systems for maintaining and repairing business aviation aircraft in Ostafyevo and Vnukovo-3 airports. The equipment includes elevators for work at height, compressor units for using pneumatic tools, hydraulic lifts for hanging aircraft during maintenance, process ladders and step ladders for periodic maintenance of aircraft, and other equipment conducive to carrying out the corresponding work.

The Maintenance Center provides material and technical supply of Eurocopter helicopters with spare parts and consumables and has all the possibilities for their prompt delivery.
