Business Aviation Aircraft Maintenance Center
The largest business aviation aircraft maintenance and repair center in Russia created in the structure of Gazpromavia operates today on the basis of Ostafyevo airport and Vnukovo-3 airport.
The technical complex is a certified center for aircraft maintenance and repair of the Dassault Falcon family of the French concern Dassault Aviation and airliners of the Boeing-737 Next Generation (BBJ) family of the American corporation The Boeing company. The operations carried out by the maintenance centre are exercised in accordance with the requirements of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA Part-145), the Federal Aviation Service of Russia (FAP-145) and the Bermuda Aviation Administration (BDCA).
Currently, the maintenance center carries out various types of maintenance and other types of work, according to the current aircraft maintenance program of Dassault Falcon-900/B /DX/LX/EX EASy, Falcon-7X, Boeing-737 NG (BBJ).
The maintenance complex of the structural unit of Gazpromavia Aviation Company Ltd. has a large technical facility. Work is carried out in the certified technical center of Ostafyevo Airport (2 hangar complexes) and at the line station of Vnukovo-3 Airport.
The hangar complex №1 of Ostafyevo Airport accommodates 2 aircraft of Falcon-900B or Falcon-900 EX EASy type. It is used all year round for operational and periodic round-the-clock maintenance.
The hangar is equipped with modern high-tech equipment, including:
- hydraulic system maintenance facilities;
- means of refueling nitrogen and oxygen systems;
- elevators for work at height;
- compressor units for the use of pneumatic tools;
- hydraulic lifts for hanging aircraft during maintenance;
- technological ladders and step-ladders for periodic maintenance of aircraft.
The hangar complex №2 of Ostafyevo Airport accommodates up to 9 aircraft of the Falcon-900B/EX EASy/7X types. In addition to the equipment similar to the one of complex №1, the hangar has a crane for replacing engines and lifting bulky cargo. The hangar complex №2 is planned to be used as the main hangar for third-party aircraft maintenance.
Line Maintenance Station is located at Vnukovo-3 Airport and is located in a hangar designed for storage and maintenance of Falcon-900/EX EASy and Boeing-737NG (BBJ) aircraft. Line Maintenance Centre includes warehouses of serviceable/defective units, tool store and office.
The structural composition of the Maintenance Center:
- Engineering and technological support Department (performs the functions of maintaining of the aircraft airworthiness in accordance with the requirements of the EASA Part M Subpart G, Bermuda OTAR-39 rules, and Russian Aviation Legislation);
- Logistics Department (provides prompt supply of spare parts in accordance with the requirements of RCAA and EASA);
- Production Planning Department (provides accurate records of the movement in the operation of aircraft units, their authenticity, timeliness and completeness of maintenance of aviation equipment in strict adherence to European rules EASA Part M Subpart G, Bermuda rules OTAR-39, and Russian Aviation Legislation);
- Quality Management Department (part of the general structure of the Company and interacts with structural divisions of the Engineering Aviation Service on the development, implementation and maintenance of the quality system that meets the requirements of the aviation regulations FAP-145, EASA Part 145, OTAR Part 145, OTAR Part 39 Subpart F).
The Maintenance Centre has long-term development perspectives:
- It is planned to expand the scope of the EASA Part-145 certificate for operational and basic maintenance of aircraft of the Dassault Falcon family.
