Education

He graduated from Sasovo Flight School (Ryazan’ region) in 1984. He also graduated from University of Civil Aviation with a specialization in “Engineer Pilot” in 1990. He undertook post-graduate course in Saint Petersburg University of Economics in 1997 and holds a PhD in Economics.

1988–1991 

First Officer with re-skilling for An-12 aircraft, Yakutsk united air group.

1991–2000 

Executive position, Yakutsk Civil Aviation Authority.

2000–2004 

Head of the Flights Security Control Department, State Supervision over Flights Security of the State Service of Civil Aviation, Moscow.
